RSG has rigorously researched and cataloged investment-grade medical office buildings and specialty healthcare facilities on a national basis for assets of 20,000 SF and larger. Our proprietary, comprehensive database allows us to access property owners throughout the US, preemptively identifying acquisition opportunities before decisions to publically market assets are made. In many cases, and for numerous reasons, owners frequently do not desire that their properties be broadly advertised or auctioned. RSG has the ability and infrastructure to both identify and create such opportunistic acquisitions.

Richard M Calhoun

Rick brings over 32 years of commercial real estate experience, including brokerage, asset development and management, as well as 15 years with CB Richard Ellis as Senior Managing Director in California and Colorado. In these leadership roles, he was responsible for developing all business lines across all property types including investment sales, brokerage, third-party property management and project management.


Rick has been involved in several hundred million dollars of transaction volume. The current CBRE national healthcare practice began in the Denver office, under Rick’s guidance.


Strong interpersonal skills coupled with hands-on experience in business development, strategic and organizational management have polished his acumen as a broker, asset manager and expert negotiator. Richard has served on the boards of NAIOP, University of Colorado Real Estate Center, Denver Economic Development Corp., BOMA and Mental Health America of Colorado.


Rick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has attended professional education programs including the Stanford University Advanced Management Program.

Henry E Wojdyla

Henry’s career began with CB Richard Ellis’ Midtown Manhattan office. Initially representing institutional owners of trophy office towers, he was promoted into CBRE’s globally top-producing investment sales team, transacting high-profile assets throughout New York City. During his tenure, the team’s transactional volume exceeded $10 billion.


Following assignments to monetize hospital-owned MOBs, Henry joined Savills’ healthcare real estate practice specializing in national investment advisory. Services comprised dispositions, valuation, along with debt and equity underwriting. Assignments included a $1.4 billion portfolio recapitalization of 81 MOBs encompassing 5.3 million SF throughout the United States on behalf of Lillibridge.


Recent transactions have established record-setting pricing metrics for both acquisitions and dispositions of on and off-campus MOBs. Henry has forged strong working relationships with leading healthcare real estate investors including prominent traded and non-traded REITs, as well as private equity funds.


Henry holds Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Nebraska and Columbia University respectively. He has served numerous professional committees including CB Richard Ellis’ “Think Tank,” NAIOP, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
